Returns

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE: PCL has a limited 30-day money back guarantee. Customers have a 30-day period to return purchased products for a full money back guarantee with the exception of any ear tip(s). No refunds will be issued on ear tip(s). No refunds will be issued on product(s) after thirty (30) days from the invoice date.

Before returning any product to PCL, customers must contact PCL by calling 510.351.4417 or emailing RMA@ShopPCL.com and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA)number.

Note that shipping charges will not be refunded and the cost of shipping product(s) back to PCL is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Products returned for credit must be unused and in the original packaging accompanied by a copy of the invoice and must be in condition for resale.

Returns will not be accepted if not accompanied with the issued RMA number.

Warranty & Repairs

PCL will repair product(s) at no charge during the twelve (12) month warranty period starting from the date of your invoice. Repairs for product(s) damaged in physical incidents or repairs not attributable to materials or workmanship will be charged.

To submit a warranty claim, customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by calling 510.351.4417 or emailing RMA@ShopPCL.com.

Note that shipping charges will not be refunded and the cost of shipping product(s) back to PCL is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns will not be accepted if not accompanied with the issued RMA number.

Repairs on product(s) beyond the twelve (12) month warranty period may be available at a charge.

If failure mode is determined to be a non-warranty problem, product(s) will be returned to customer. At PCL's discretion, minor work may be performed after contact is made with the customer to ensure an understanding of how the failure occurred.

Warranty will be voided in any case of alteration of product (e.g. cut cable, color change, etc.)

PCL offers free product support with all products purchased. Email us at Support@ShopPCL.com or call us at 510.351.4417. If you purchased a product from a dealer, PCL recommends that you go to the dealer first for product support.

Shipping

PCL ships all products via USPS Priority or UPS. Customers may choose UPS Ground, 3 day select, 2nd day or Next Day.

PCL takes every precaution to protect your personal information when you submit an order. Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way, you can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser.

PCL is the sole owner of the information collected on this site we can only access information that you voluntarily give us.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others including your personal email address. When you supply us with your information, you may be receiving phone calls regarding products, catalogs or upcoming specials. Payment

All internet orders must be placed with a credit card, PCL accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express as form of payment.

The name on your credit card statement will appear as Pacific Coast Laboratories, Inc..

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Prices do not include tax or shipping charges. Sales tax will be charged accordingly to county on all sales to customers within California.

PCL Communications is an approved vendor for many of the counties in the state of California. In addition to our vendor status we accept all Purchase Orders from Federal, State, Local Governments, and Police Departments. Credit card, Company Check or Money Order are also an acceptable form of payment as well. (If paying with a Company Check or Purchase Order subject to a credit check).

Bulk Discounts

Bulk discounts start at 25 setups minimum. Please call PCL Communications for Direct Quotes and we will be happy to assist you. Here is a sample of margin that you will be receiving:

Gift Certificates

Purchasing Gift Certificates

Go to the Gift Certificate section found on the Home page. Once you have selected the value proceed to check out. In the "Comment" box insert the recipient's name. The Gift Certificate will be emailed to you the same or following business day.

Using a Gift Certificate

The Gift Certificate will have a serial number. Place the serial number in the "Enter Redeem Code" box directly under Gift Certificate/Discount Coupons. You will receive a confirmation email and an update on your balance left on the Gift Certificate by the next business day.
